Billing Specialist Benefits:

Billing Specialist Requirements/Responsibilities:

  • MUST have experience in Skilled Nursing Medical Billing
  • Revenue Cycle or Medical Billing Experience - 1yr. Min
  • International Classification of Diseases, 10th Revision (ICD-10) Experience - Min. 1yr
  • Deliver information clearly and effectively through verbal, nonverbal, and written means to enhance internal communication
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of information, and follow up on agreements and commitments
  • Proficient in relevant technologies and tools; capable of working independently and collaboratively
  • Adhere to confidentiality and corporate compliance, and follow principles of right and wrong in job conduct
  • Develop and implement solutions in response to changes in the medical field, leveraging technology to improve processes and outcomes
  • Identify problems, analyze them, and find effective solutions through active listening, research, and decision-making.
  • Analyze facts, form judgments, and maintain high standards through disciplined, self-corrective thinking and effective problem-solving
