Premier Association Management Of C is seeking a meticulous Billing and Collections Specialist to support our operations. This role is essential in ensuring timely processing of payments, estoppel requests, and collection notifications for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process homeowner payments on a daily basis
  • Generate and send estoppel letters each day
  • Oversee and uphold collection protocols for each community association
  • Serve as a point of contact between the association and the collections attorney or agency
  • Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners regarding collection matters and billing questions through phone and our software platform (Vantaca)

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in billing and/or collections is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
  • Attention to detail with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Preferred:
    • Proficiency in Spanish
    • Experience in Community Association Management
