This role will be pivotal in our IT department, focusing on supporting end users both within the United States and internationally. Responsibilities:
• Setting up new users with the necessary hardware and software, including Mac computers, Microsoft products, and Apple devices.
• Handling daily service tickets, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution.
• Providing after-hours support on a rotational basis to accommodate different time zones.
• Utilizing the Service Desk Plus ticketing system to manage and track user issues.
• Troubleshooting various technical issues, leveraging skills in Active Directory, Configuration Management, and Deployments.
• Participating in project work in addition to day-to-day tasks, contributing to broader organizational objectives.
• Ensuring a high level of customer service by maintaining accurate records and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Supporting configuration management and deployment of computer hardware.
• Using Microsoft Office Suites to maintain records, manage projects, and communicate effectively with team members and end users.
• Proficiency in Mac Computers is required.• Familiarity with Microsoft software and systems is essential.
• Must have knowledge and experience with Active Directory.
• Experience with Apple Devices is necessary.
• Understanding of Computer Hardware is required.
• Must have skills in Configuration Management.
• Experience in deployments is important.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites is necessary.
