Help Desk Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Help Desk Specialist to join our dedicated customer service team.

Responsibilities include:
- Managing sales orders, purchase orders, and billing documentation

- Supporting accounting efforts in collections and providing assistance for key objectives completion
