Responsibilities:
• Administer the hiring process smoothly, from receiving applications to getting the new hires acquainted with the property
• Handle daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the HR department
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now for efficient management of HR processes
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll
• Oversee onboarding processes to provide a smooth transition for new hires
• Maintain and manage benefit functions to meet employee needs
• Manage and maintain accurate records of timecards for all employees.• Proven experience as a HR Generalist
• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now is essential
• Demonstrable experience with HR processes and best practices
• Strong knowledge of hiring processes including screening, interviewing, and selection
• Proficient understanding of benefit functions and administration
• Familiarity with conducting employee onboarding procedures
• Experience with payroll processing is required
• Exceptional communication and decision-making skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
