Front Desk Coordinator

Responsibilities
• Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
• Responding to requests for service and assistance from clients and colleagues
• Fielding calls on a multi-line phone system, directing them to the appropriate parties or taking messages as necessary
• Delivering high-quality concierge services to enhance client satisfaction
• Performing data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Utilizing Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) to carry out administrative tasks
• Organizing files and records to maintain up-to-date and accurate information
• Leveraging interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Resolving customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary.• Must have experience in Administrative Assistance
• Proficiency in Answering Multi-Line Phone System is required
• Experience with Concierge Services is necessary
• Demonstrated Customer Service skills are essential
• Must have experience in Data Entry
• Strong Interpersonal Skills are required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook is a must
• Must be able to use Microsoft Word effectively
• Experience in Organizing Files is necessary
