Front Desk Coordinator

Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients and guests, providing a warm and detail oriented welcome.
• Efficiently handle administrative tasks, including answering phone calls not related to clients.
• Manage the receipt and sorting of mail and packages, ensuring they reach the correct recipients.
• Monitor the cleanliness and tidiness of conference rooms, intervening when necessary.
• Facilitate the reservation of meeting rooms for clients as needed.
• Ensure the smooth opening and closing of the co-working space daily.
• Collaborate with other staff members to maintain smooth operations.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to organize files and data.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries quickly and efficiently.
• Exercise strong interpersonal skills to maintain a positive working environment.• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role as a Front Desk Coordinator or in Administrative Assistance
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word
• Demonstrated experience in handling a multi-line phone system
• Strong customer service skills with an ability to address queries and resolve issues efficiently
• Excellent data entry skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and visitors
• Proven ability in organizing files and maintaining an orderly and efficient workspace
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize accordingly
