Summary:

As the Senior Product Manager, Financial Integrity and Revenue Excellence (FIRE), you will oversee the seamless, scalable, and trustworthy flow of financial transactions across the organization, including billing, invoicing, payments, credits, and third-party financial integrations. You will own the decision-making process around optimizing, rewriting, or outsourcing critical financial systems. Collaborating closely with the Growth and Scale team, you will support revenue growth by improving key metrics relating to the financial systems. Additionally, you will lead efforts to achieve operational excellence, identifying opportunities for improvement and managing strategic system transitions to align with company goals.

Key Focuses:

  • System Redesign & Architecture: Determine which systems to rewrite, retain, or outsource, prioritizing scalability and efficiency. Partner with engineering on billing system redesign for future-proof solutions.
  • System Discovery & Transparency: Uncover and document opaque processes, becoming the expert in our billing infrastructure.
  • Critical Systems & Metrics Leadership: Oversee billing systems, tracking and being accountable for key metrics like payment success, accuracy, and uptime. Optimize billing systems to support business KPIs.
  • Roadmap, Business Requirements & Feature Delivery: Lead discovery for new billing features. Write specs and oversee development, ensuring business needs are met with technical solutions. Own the billing infrastructure roadmap, balancing short-term needs with long-term objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategic Leadership: Act as the primary product owner for billing. Build and maintain alignment with cross functional partner teams like Accounting, Tax, Audit, senior leadership, and other Product teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of product or technical program management experience in finance, billing systems, or fintech products
  • Experience leading mission-critical systems like payment or billing infrastructure
  • Proven track record of optimizing business metrics and driving revenue growth
  • Strong background in partnering closely with engineering teams to evaluate and manage system redesigns and rewrites/migrations
  • Self-starter capable of owning the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, creating alignment across teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with both subscription and performance billing models.
  • You will need to collaborate across various time zones, including Israel Standard Time (IST). While a preference for East Coast time is noted, it is not a strict requirement.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $167,500 - $220,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.

Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
