Job Description

At Kixie, we're seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and management of our Dialer product. This is a critical role that will enable sales teams to make more calls, connect with more prospects, and close more deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the vision and strategy for the Kixie Dialer, ensuring it aligns with the company's overall goals and customer needs.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog for the Dialer, focusing on delivering features that enhance user experience and drive customer success.
  • Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and data analysis to deeply understand user needs, pain points, and opportunities for product improvement.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to develop and launch features that meet user needs and exceed expectations.
  • Lead the agile product development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and feature prioritization.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the Dialer's performance, such as call connection rates, user adoption, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to keep Kixie's Dialer ahead of the market.
  • Regularly communicate product plans, progress, and results to internal stakeholders, including senior management and cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager with a strong understanding of user experience principles and the ability to translate customer needs into product requirements. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on B2B SaaS products, and a proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
