Job DescriptionJob Description

LHH is looking for a highly organized and customer-oriented Medical Office Administrator to join our team in Santa Monica, CA. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to patients, colleagues, and referral sources by coordinating and managing front-office activities. You will be responsible for the smooth operation of the clinic, including appointment scheduling, insurance validation, payment processing, billing inquiries, and patient interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar.

  • Validate insurance and obtain necessary payment authorizations.

  • Handle patient check-in/check-out and insurance verification.

  • Answer and respond to patient and referral inquiries via telephone.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • 2 years of office administrative experience.

  • Experience in a healthcare setting.

  • Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company safety standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience with electronic health/medical record systems, preferably Epic

  • Experienced working for a Cardiology Clinic

Pay Details: $19.00 to $24.00 per hour
