**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Insurance Office Coordinator at Derek Thomas - State Farm Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointment scheduling, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.* Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.* Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.* Engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients, identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions.* Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs.* Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

**Requirements:**
* Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.* Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

**Compensation:** The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
