This role is instrumental in the global technology sector, specifically in delivering immersive experiences for Sports and Entertainment, Science and Education, and Parks and Attractions. As an Office Admin, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring smooth functioning of our office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the reception, ensuring visitors are greeted and directed appropriately.
• Act as the first point of contact for any office-related inquiries.
• Oversee the office calendar, scheduling meetings as necessary.
• Coordinate with vendors to support office operations and maintain a productive work environment.
• Handle the administrative aspects of board meetings, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, making sure they have everything they need to succeed.
• Utilize Microsoft Suite to maintain accurate records and facilitate internal communication.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service.
• Handle data entry tasks and maintain accurate customer records.
• Schedule appointments as necessary, ensuring efficient time management within the office.• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience with data entry and maintaining databases
• Proven ability to manage and schedule appointments effectively
• Excellent customer service skills and experience in a client-facing role
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Experience in email correspondence and maintaining detail oriented communication
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
