A renowned fine dining Italian restaurant is seeking a creative, passionate Executive Chef to lead their flagship location and take ownership of kitchen operations. With 5+ years of experience in Italian fine dining and catering, this is your chance to join an expanding team, with fast growth and promotional opportunities as the restaurant group continues to grow.


What’s Offered:

  • Base salary: $95K - $125K+, with experience.
  • Fast growth and opportunities as the restaurant group expands.

What You'll Do as Executive Chef:

  • Lead: Manage and inspire the culinary team to deliver excellence.
  • Create: Develop authentic Italian dishes using top-quality ingredients.
  • Collaborate: Work with management on special events and catering services.
  • Take ownership: Oversee kitchen operations and be the driving force for culinary innovation.

What You Need:

  • 5+ years as an Executive Chef in Italian fine dining and catering.
  • Proven expertise in Italian culinary traditions, ingredients, and modern techniques.
  • Leadership skills to run a busy kitchen and motivate a talented team.
  • Creativity to design innovative, authentic Italian dishes.
  • A culinary degree or equivalent hands-on experience is preferred.
