The role requires a high level of organization and detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on customer service and data management. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for processing applications, maintaining records, and resolving inquiries in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls, efficiently addressing customer inquiries
• Accurate and timely processing of customer applications
• Maintaining and updating customer records in a precise manner
• Handling email correspondences professionally and promptly
• Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) for administrative tasks
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing top-notch customer service
• Accurate data entry and management
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary.• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy
• Experience in managing email correspondence
• Ability to schedule appointments effectively
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education or certifications in related fields preferred
