Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Irvine, California. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the department with various clerical duties. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:
• Assisting with general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
• Supporting the team with office coordination, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
• Managing light visitor traffic, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
• Ordering supplies as needed to maintain office inventory
• Coordinating catering for meetings and events
• Handling customer accounts, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of applications
• Resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Monitoring customer accounts, taking appropriate action as necessary
• Utilizing MS Office to manage and maintain accurate customer credit records
• Ensuring efficient and accurate processing of customer credit applications.• Proficient in Account Management and Key Account Management
• Experience in Debt Collection and Debt Settlement
• Familiarity with Mortgage Financing and Lending
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other administrative software
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• High school diploma or equivalent required, higher education or certifications an advantage.
