Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk in Mount Pleasant. The primary responsibility of this role will be managing accounts payable processes efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in QuickBooks and a solid understanding of accounting principles. The Accounts Payable Clerk will work closely with the finance team to ensure timely payment of invoices, maintain vendor records, and reconcile accounts payable transactions.

Job Responsibilities:

-Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with company policies and procedures.

-Review invoices for accuracy, completeness, and appropriate authorization.

-Input invoice data into QuickBooks and ensure proper coding and classification.

-Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.

-Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records, including contact information and payment terms.

-Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve issues related to invoices or payments.

-Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate recording of expenses and proper expense allocation.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or similar role

-Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.

-Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing.

-Excellent organizational and time management skills.

-Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
