Role Overview
As an RBT, you will play a key role in supporting students' behavioral and developmental needs. Collaborating with educators, families, and specialists, you will help create an environment where students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver one-on-one and small group behavioral support to students.
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Monitor and document student progress, collecting data to guide interventions.
  • Collaborate with school staff and families to ensure cohesive support for students.
  • Uphold ethical standards and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Current RBT certification (required).
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree in a related field preferred).
  • Previous experience working with children with behavioral needs.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic school environment.
