We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Peabody, Massachusetts. As a member of our behavioral health department, you will have the opportunity to work with patients who require comprehensive psychiatric services.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications)

About the Role

This is an ongoing full-time position requiring 36 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will be working 12-hour shifts, with flexibility to accommodate changing patient needs.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Providing direct care to adult and adolescent patients with complex psychiatric conditions
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient progress
  • Participating in education and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Current RN licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
