Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Behavior Specialist to join our team at ProCare Therapy in Melrose, MA.

This is a full-time position for the 2024-2025 school year, with a competitive salary of $43-$48 per hour based on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough Functional Behavior Assessments and develop Positive Behavior Support Plans to support students' success.
  • Collaborate with staff to provide consultation and model positive behavior interventions, promoting a supportive learning environment.
  • Lead professional development sessions on behavior management techniques, equipping colleagues with essential skills.
  • Present assessment results to stakeholders, fostering open communication and ensuring seamless collaboration.
Requirements
  • A valid BCBA certification is required for this role.
  • Experience with FBAs and PBSPs is essential, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills.
