Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Bridgewell, a leading provider of social and human services. This role will involve providing support and assistance to individuals with developmental and psychiatric disabilities in residential programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive behavior analytic services, including implementing interventions, data collection, and analysis
  • Support individuals with skills training in all activities of daily living
  • Participate in delivering treatment plans and meet regularly with RBT supervisors to review progress
  • Transport and accompany individuals to medical, recreational, and other activities as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
About the Role

This is a full-time position working Saturday-Sunday 9:00 AM-11:00 PM, Monday 3:00 PM-11:00 PM (36 hours). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED, Associate's Degree or DSP Certification preferred, and current Registered Behavior Technician certification. A minimum of 1 year of experience working with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities is also preferred.

Requirements:
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license and minimum of one year of driving experience
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft products and web-based applications used by the agency
