We’re looking for a seasoned Marketing Director with a background in Full Service dining to spearhead marketing for a rapidly growing, multi-unit restaurant group of 40+ locations. Initially, this role will focus on one core concept, with plans to expand across several brands in the near future. The Marketing Director will lead digital, social media, and Local Store Marketing (LSM) initiatives, enhancing guest engagement and brand recognition. Based in Atlanta, this role includes up to 60% travel, with remote or hybrid flexibility for the ideal candidate.


Key Responsibilities for the Marketing Director:

  • Develop and execute the marketing strategy for a flagship restaurant concept, with future oversight of multiple brands
  • Lead digital and social media initiatives to boost brand visibility and drive guest loyalty
  • Coordinate Local Store Marketing (LSM) efforts to support local promotions and build community engagement at individual locations
  • Conduct site visits and travel up to 60% to support consistent marketing initiatives across all locations

Qualifications for the Marketing Director:

  • MUST HAVE demonstrated marketing leadership within the Full Service dining or hospitality industry
  • Experience has to be within a Full Service Dining or hospitality company with 20+ locations
  • Strong expertise in digital, social media, and Local Store Marketing (LSM)
  • Excellent project management and communication abilities
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 60%
  • Preferred location is Atlanta; however, remote or hybrid work options are available for exceptional candidates
