We are seeking a Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join our team in South Plainfield, New Jersey.


Responsibilities:

• Managing and processing banking transactions

• Handling remittances promptly and accurately

• Using Excel Formulas for financial calculations and data analysis

• Operating ADP Online for various HR-related tasks

• Keeping accurate records of all transactions

• Resolving any discrepancies or issues related to financial transactions

• Ensuring all financial data is up-to-date and accurate

• Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth financial operations

• Assisting with other office management tasks as needed.


• Experience with conducting banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers

• Strong skills in using Excel formulas for data analysis and financial calculations

• Knowledge of remittance processes, including creating, sending, and tracking remittances

• Demonstrated ability to manage office administration tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and record keeping

• Proven track record in bookkeeping, including maintaining financial records and preparing reports

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Ability to work independently and make decisions based on best practices and company policies

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency in all tasks

• High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
