LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Medical Collections Specialist for our healthcare client located in Central Phoenix near Arcadia. This position is a contract to hire opportunity and a full-time, 100% onsite opportunity. 

This position will be focused on the backend of the revenue cycle performing follow up and collections duties on the insurance side. This role will be a high-volume, fast-paced position and interested candidates must feel comfortable working over the phone, as well as heavily utilizing computer websites and resources. 

Requirements 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent 
  • Minimum 5 years of medical collections experience 
  • Must be proficient within EMR Systems and Microsoft Office 
Skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, especially over the phone 
  • Expert knowledge of insurance payers and medical billing regulations and guidelines 
  • Must be proficient working within Microsoft Excel
  • Strong ability to analyze and problem solve independently 
  • Able to remain organized and multitask throughout the day


Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
