Job Description

We are a premium security integrator that work on large enterprise projects all throughout the United States. We are a multi-million dollar company that has corporate locations along with Franchise locations all across the U.S.

We are looking for a Collections specialist to join their team to manage a large backlog of outstanding payments from their customers. We just reached $100+ million in top end revenue and still have $17million sitting in accounts receivable. We need someone that can come in and hit the ground running with handling this workload. We are looking to train and develop this person into a full time employee long term in our office.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Familiar with Excel, Microsoft, Outlook
  • Background in Collections or Accounting
