Client is looking for an experienced Architectural and Design Sales Representative who has his or her book of business.

About the Job

We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Architectural and Interior Design Sales Representative to join our team in Southern California. This role will focus on building and nurturing relationships with interior designers, ensuring our flooring products are top of mind for their projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the design process and a strong network within the interior design community.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, decorators, and other key influencers within the design community in Southern California.

· Educate and inspire clients on our extensive range of flooring products, emphasizing design trends, aesthetics, and functionality.

· Drive sales growth by ensuring our products are specified in interior design projects.

· Conduct product presentations, design consultations, and attend industry events to showcase our flooring solutions.

· Provide exceptional customer service by offering tailored solutions and ongoing support throughout the design and installation process.

· Stay current with design trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and materials that resonate with interior designers.

REQUIREMENTS

· Proven track record of success in sales, particularly within the interior design sector.

· Strong understanding of the design process and the ability to communicate effectively with design professionals.

· Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

· Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

· Self-motivated with a passion for design and a keen eye for detail.

· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Must have a valid driver's license

· Must have a reliable transportation
