We're seeking a talented Interior Designer to help breathe new life into branded hotels, boutique properties, and independent establishments through innovative renovations and conversions.


In this role, you'll be instrumental in shaping the future of hospitality design, working on diverse projects that challenge your creativity and push the boundaries of guest comfort and aesthetics. You'll be part of a transparent, motivating, and respectful work environment that values your unique perspective and fosters professional growth.


As the ideal candidate, you have a keen eye for detail, a flair for translating brand standards into captivating spaces, and the ability to balance creativity with budget constraints. You're comfortable presenting your ideas to both internal teams and clients, and you thrive in a collaborative setting where your contributions are valued and supported.

Qualifications

  • BA or BS degree in interior design or a related field.
  • Proven work experience, minimum 5 years, in hospitality interior design, including working with brands.
  • A portfolio of previous work.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, with a working knowledge of AutoCAD. Additional design programs are a plus.
  • Expertise in all material selections, architecture, and FF&E, demonstrating creative talent.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Project management skills
