Debt Settlement Sales Representative

A Debt settlement specialist will review your financial situation and assets to help develop a realistic number to offer when negotiating. He will help you determine whether negotiating debts is the best option for your financial situation.
Responsibilities:
- Contact customers who are behind on their payments and negotiate repayment plans
- Educate customers on debt settlement options and guide the best course of action
- Respond to inquiries in a timely and effective manner and treat customers fairly and consistently
- Negotiates account settlement within established guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment arrangements
- Achieve monthly targets for call volume, successful negotiations, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer experience
Requirements:
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in sales or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated individuals with a positive attitude and excellent people skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
Job Type: Full-time
- Hourly + Commission (pay structure gives you a safety net and also motivates you to do more)
