LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a motivated Collections Specialist to join our client’s growing team. This role will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding balances from our client’s customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of financial processes, and the ability to work independently. This position is temp to hire and will pay between $19 and $24/hr.

Responsibilities:
  • Contact clients to collect outstanding payments via phone, email, and mail.
  • Negotiate payment plans and settlements with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and client interactions.
  • Analyze client accounts to identify overdue payments and discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to resolve billing issues and disputes.
  • Prepare and send regular reports on collection activities and account status.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a Collections Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of billing and collection processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with accounting software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $24.00 per hour
