Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team at Singlepoint. As a key member of our collections team, you will be responsible for responding to incoming calls from debtors, conducting debtor trace and locate efforts, and establishing payment arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls from debtors
  • Conduct debtor trace and locate efforts using advanced search engines
  • Establish and document payment arrangements with debtors
  • Identify and escalate priority issues

Requirements

  • 5+ years of commercial collection experience
  • Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations (FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on phone etiquette
  • Critical thinking abilities
  • Proficiency in computer skills
  • Collector's license with the ability to be licensed across the country
