Job Title: CRM Training Specialist

VEGA Americas is seeking a skilled CRM Training Specialist to join our team. As a CRM Training Specialist, you will be responsible for training users on software usage and best practices, as well as providing support and troubleshooting for our TopVis application.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs for users on software usage and best practices.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for TopVis application users.
  • Travel to branch offices to train and support users.
  • Test software for quality control and new functions.
  • Collaborate with the Global TopVis team on training, development, and troubleshooting of TopVis.
  • Maintain TopVis software and user services, including configurations and software applications.
  • Collect data sets for internal users and format reports based on that data.
  • Install and test software upgrades.
  • Enter commands and observe system functions to verify correct system operation.
  • Respond to user inquiries and diagnose system software and operator problems.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college.
  • At least six months of related experience.
