Accounts Payable Clerk

Fully On-Site

LHH is seeking an motivated Entry-Level Accounts Payable Clerk to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for accounting and finance to kick-start their career. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of an Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance and possess fantastic communication skills, as you will be liaising with vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices.

Your primary responsibilities will include data entry, invoice processing, and maintaining accurate records. Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for managing financial transactions and supporting our accounting department.

This fully on-site role offers a supportive environment where you can learn and grow your accounting skills. It’s a great chance to build a solid foundation in accounts payable and advance your career in finance.

Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Detail-oriented and organized
