The role involves a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist. The selected candidate will be engaged in a range of accounts payable functions utilizing the system JDE.


Responsibilities:

• Utilizing JD Edwards EnterpriseOne for various accounting functions.

• Assisting with monthly reconciliation of Accounts Payable reports.

• Supporting the Staff Accountant as needed.

• Handling Accounts Payable (AP) related tasks efficiently.

• Using Microsoft Excel

• Effectively managing account coding and Automated Clearing House (ACH) processes.

• Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions.

• Proficiency in Account Coding is required for the role of Accounts Payable Specialist.

• Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems is essential.

• Ability to perform Accounting Functions accurately and efficiently.

• Extensive knowledge and experience in Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary.

• Understanding of Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions is critical.

• Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne software is a must.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience in handling High-Volume Invoicing is required.
