Front Desk Coordinator

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry in San Francisco, California. The successful candidate will be a key figure in maintaining the smooth operation of our office, handling a variety of responsibilities from customer service to administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive Concierge Services, acting as the first point of contact for guests and clients.
• Maintain security and safety by monitoring cameras and controlling floor access.
• Assist in the reception area by greeting guests, ensuring a friendly and welcoming environment.
• Handle incoming communication including reading and responding to emails and answering phones.
• Accurately process and record incoming packages through scanning and logging.
• Uphold high standards of customer service, addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless service and a well-run front office.
• Must have experience in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry.• Proven ability to perform concierge services with a high degree of professionalism.
• Strong customer service skills and a dedication to providing exceptional service.
• Ability to assist guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Familiarity with front desk operations and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, higher education or certifications in related fields preferred.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
