We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry in San Francisco, California. The role entails managing front desk operations, ensuring the smooth running of the facility, and delivering excellent customer service.


Responsibilities:

• Orchestrating the scanning and management of packages

• Overseeing floor access to ensure security and order

• Responding to emails and handling phone calls with professionalism

• Welcoming guests, providing a positive first impression of the facility

• Monitoring security cameras to ensure the safety and security of the property

• Providing concierge services to support guests and residents

• Ensuring the front desk area is well-maintained and organized

• Addressing and resolving inquiries from residents and guests promptly and efficiently

• Proficiency in providing Concierge Services, with a focus on delivering top-notch customer experiences.
• Strong Customer Service skills, with an ability to swiftly resolve issues and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Proven ability to Assist Guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
• Previous experience in a Front Desk Coordinator role or similar within the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently, maintaining high levels of organization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with guests, staff, and management.
• Proficiency in using property management software and other relevant computer applications.
• Basic understanding of real estate property operations and facilities management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changes.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as the role may require.
• Proven problem-solving skills, with an ability to make decisions under pressure.
• High school diploma or equivalent education level; a degree in hospitality management will be a plus.
