Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator in San Francisco, California. The chosen candidate will be an integral part of our team, managing the program environment, ensuring quality assurance, and performing a variety of clerical duties. This role is centered around the efficient and accurate processing of data, and the provision of excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
• Independently manage the program environment, which may include shifts outside of regular program hours.
• Maintain diligent and accurate documentation, including incident reports and log book entries.
• Foster effective and productive communication with both residents and fellow staff members.
• Perform a variety of clerical duties, such as photocopying and assembling charts.
• Ensure quality assurance within the role and wider team.
• Perform any comparable duties as required by management.
• Maintain a detail oriented and positive demeanor when interacting with residents and staff.
• Utilize a range of software, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word, to efficiently complete tasks.
• Regularly monitor cameras and conduct rounds to ensure the safety and security of the premises.• Proven experience in Administrative Assistance
• Proficiency in Answering Multi-Line Phone System
• Solid background in Concierge Services
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Demonstrable competence in Data Entry
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word
• Proven ability in Organizing Files
