We are offering an opportunity for a Front Desk role at our location. In this position, you'll be the first point of contact for our visitors and employees, ensuring that the front desk operates smoothly and efficiently. Your work will be essential in maintaining a detail-oriented and welcoming environment in our office.


Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to visitors and employees

• Answer and direct calls on a multi-line phone system

• Maintain orderly files and keep track of important documents

• Handle email correspondence in a detail-oriented and timely manner

• Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently

• Use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word to carry out administrative tasks

• Perform accurate data entry tasks as required

• Utilize interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with different stakeholders

• Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times.

• Proficiency in answering and managing a multi-line phone system
• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with clients in a detail oriented manner
• Demonstrated competence in data entry tasks
• Excellent email correspondence skills, ensuring clear and detail oriented communication
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to interact effectively within the team
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook for email and calendar management
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word for document creation and editing
• Ability to organize files efficiently, both physical and digital
• Experience in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
