Job DescriptionJob Description

We are a growing construction company seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen and excellent communication skills. Experience in real estate or residential construction is a plus. Contract role in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the operations team with administrative tasks
  • Manage filing and document scanning
  • Answer phone calls, address guest inquiries, and take messages
  • Handle incoming mail and ensure timely distribution
  • Create and manage social media posts on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
  • Provide exceptional customer service over the phone

Qualifications:

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to multitask
  • Prior experience in a similar administrative role, ideally in construction or real estate
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a team

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
• Experience in answering inbound and outbound calls
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to perform data entry tasks with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Experienced in handling email correspondence professionally
• Proven ability to schedule appointments efficiently
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of discretion and judgment in handling confidential information.
