Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including customer information, schedules, and payroll data.
  • Process and update customer appointments, schedules, and routes in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
  • Provide administrative support to the branch, including data entry, system updates, and quality control.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
