Responsibilities:

• Handle and process customer payments and deposits efficiently, including driver check-ins and miscellaneous checks.
• Liaise with various departments, including the warehouse and driver supervisors, to resolve discrepancies related to product credits and under collections.
• Prepare and manage daily deposits while maintaining accurate financial records.
• Verify and file product credit memos accurately.
• Enter invoice details in EDI for prompt next-day payment.
• Use Microsoft Excel and Word to maintain customer records and process invoices.
• Use your customer service skills to answer customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain logs and records with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Lead special projects and perform other work-related duties as needed.
• Use your supervisory skills to perform job duties with minimal supervision.• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook is mandatory.
• Must possess strong customer service skills.
• Experience in documentation and invoice handling is essential.
• Knowledge of payment processing and check processing is required.
• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) processes and procedures.
• Supervising experience is a plus.
• Should be adept at using 'About Time' software.
• Understanding of credit processing in a retail environment is beneficial.
• Must be able to handle deposits and debits accurately.
• Excellent communication skills are a must.
• Ability to spot and rectify discrepancies is important.
• Should be a team player and contribute positively to teamwork.
• Must be able to maintain logs regularly.
• Experience with video conferencing tools would be advantageous.
• Proficiency in 10 Key Skills is necessary.
• Ability to lead special projects when required.
• Comfortable with onsite work conditions.
• Experience with using templates for daily deposit and other tasks.
• Must be proficient in using the 'Daily Deposit' software.
