**Job Description:**

As an Accounts Payable Specialist/Administrative Accounting Clerk at the Phoenix Commercial Real Estate Company, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial accuracy and integrity of our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include processing and verifying accounts payable invoices, preparing and processing checks, and maintaining accurate vendor databases.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Process and verify accounts payable invoices in accordance with company policies.
  • Prepare and process checks for multiple companies in a timely manner.
  • Update and maintain accurate vendor databases.
  • Assist with various internal reporting projects as assigned.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • 2-4 years of experience in an accounts payable environment.
  • Prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
