Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLHH is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to assist with our client’s invoicing and collections processes. The selected candidate will handle maintaining accurate records, ensuring timely payments, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately and promptly process and record all incoming payments.
  • Generate and dispatch invoices and account statements.
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices and communicate with clients regarding payment issues.
  • Reconcile accounts and prepare reports on receivables.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to manage cash flow and forecast future revenues.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records and documentation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational abilities.


Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
