Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing staffing agency in the Dallas, TX area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with clients, and providing tailored staffing solutions. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth through strategic sales efforts and market expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify and target potential clients in the Dallas area, including small to medium-sized businesses and large corporations, to offer customized staffing solutions.

Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term, trusted relationships with clients by understanding their staffing needs, offering solutions, and maintaining regular follow-up.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, including prospecting, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

Client Presentations: Deliver engaging sales presentations to decision-makers, showcasing the value and benefits of our staffing services.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Negotiation and Closing: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing, negotiating contracts and service terms.

Collaboration: Work closely with the internal recruiting and account management teams to ensure clients receive high-quality candidates that meet their staffing needs.

Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress toward targets, and client feedback to the Sales Manager.
