LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Payroll Manager with 5 years of experience in processing payroll. This is a contract to hire role, located in Manhattan, New York. 
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and direct all payroll processing activities to ensure timely and accurate payroll disbursements.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations, including tax filings and reporting.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop payroll staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Develop and maintain payroll systems and software, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, including employee earnings, deductions, and benefits.
  • Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies promptly and effectively.
  • Work closely with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll with other business processes.
  • Prepare for and coordinate payroll audits, providing necessary documentation and information to auditors
Qualifications:
  • Proficient with Paycom
Experience:
  • 5-7 years of experience in similar Payroll position
Worksite: Onsite
Employment Type: Contract to Hire
Salary: $40-44/hr 
 

Pay Details: $40.00 to $44.00 per hour
