Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in the Non-Profit sector located in High Point, North Carolina. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including handling phone calls and emails, coordinating events and travel, and maintaining office supplies. You will also be tasked with setting appointments and managing complex documentation needs.

Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls in a timely and detail oriented manner
• Provide exceptional customer service through email correspondence and face-to-face interactions
• Schedule appointments and manage calendar events
• Coordinate travel arrangements and organize conferences or events as required
• Maintain office supplies to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace
• Greet and screen visitors, providing a welcoming and detail oriented environment
• Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) to create and manage complex documents
• Monitor and action customer accounts as necessary.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience in handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Proficiency in data entry, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and effective communication.
• Experience in scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars.
• Demonstrated ability to answer inbound calls, providing information and assistance as required.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
