Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
• Handle property management tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Utilize QuickBooks for accounting and financial management.
• Use MS Excel to manage and analyze data efficiently.
• Follow up with tenants and prospective tenants to resolve any issues or inquiries.
• Prepare bank deposits and ensure correct documentation of transactions.
• Scan documents and maintain organized digital records.
• Manage and process purchase orders accurately.
• Operate basic office equipment as necessary.
• Use basic office skills to maintain an efficient and organized workspace.
• Handle tenant improvements and maintain positive tenant relations.• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel is required.
• Must possess basic office skills and be proficient in the use of basic office equipment.
• Experience in Property Management is highly desirable.
• Ability to handle Purchase Orders efficiently.
• Should have experience dealing with Prospective Tenants and Tenant Improvement.
• Familiarity with preparing bank deposits and document scanning is necessary.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• High attention to detail is required.
• Must have the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
