We are looking for an Administrative Assistant in the Buffalo, New York area. This role will involve various administrative tasks in an office setting, including handling customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and processing applications. This position is a contract role.


Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments and organize meetings

• Manage and maintain customer records for accuracy and completeness

• Resolve customer inquiries professionally and efficiently

• Create and review documents using Microsoft Excel

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally

• Provide excellent customer service to all clients

• Perform data entry tasks and maintain database systems

• Coordinate email correspondence effectively

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) to complete tasks.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience in managing inbound and outbound calls
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally
• Detail-oriented with the ability to perform accurate data entry tasks
• Experience in managing email correspondence and maintaining professional communication
• Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of discretion and judgement in handling confidential information
• Prior experience in an administrative role would be advantageous.
