ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (Permanent)
Our client an established North American Contracting company with a hub in WNY is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity in a laidback office to support a growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daytoday administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow of the office
- Handle all general clerical tasks including but not limited to answering the phone filing maintaining a neat workspace generating reports etc.
- Support senior team members by maintaining schedules and managing correspondence between business partners
- Coordinate meetings events and conferences including travel arrangements for all necessary parties
- Draft detailed reports correspondence and data summaries for presentations
- Handle general office maintenance ordering of supplies/equipment
- Ensure all business licenses and leases remain in good standing renewing when necessary
- Support Operations team members with prequalifications job tenders and special projects as deadlines approach
- Ensure compliance is maintained at all times
- Work well independently as well as part of a team
- Complete special projects in a timely manner
- Other duties as assigned/as necessary
Details:
- Position is full time direct hire
- 100% inoffice
- $25.00 $27.00 / hour depending on experience
- High School diploma required; some college experience preferred
- 5 years administrative experience construction preferred
- Excellent computer skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organization skills and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Selfmotivated
- Maintain high level of confidentiality
- Relocation not available
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States; Visa sponsorship is not available
