Job Title: PPS Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized PPS Administrator to join our team at Penn Power Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our parts and service operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact daily with customers to provide exceptional service and support
  • Make outbound calls to customers and vendors to resolve issues and answer questions
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Process payments from customers and verify accuracy of customer bills
  • Prepare and submit reports, invoices, and other documents as required
  • Assist department managers with various tasks and projects
  • Provide administrative support to the rental department and parts personnel
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems
  • Experience in customer service and administrative support
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed
