Front Desk Coordinator

Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming calls, ensuring all inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner
• Greet and assist on-site visitors, providing directions or information as needed
• Oversee the restocking and upkeep of the fridge and break areas, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for all staff and visitors
• Handle mail packages, ensuring correct delivery and dispatching
• Maintain an organized and efficient reception area, contributing to a positive first impression for visitors
• Assist with site visits, ensuring all safety and company protocols are adhered to
• Maintain accurate records of all visitors, including logging entry and exit times as required
• Provide general administrative support as needed, contributing to the smooth running of the office.• Proven ability in re-stocking and restocking office supplies.
• Demonstrable experience in assisting and directing visitors.
• Proficiency in managing on-site visits.
• Ability to answer and manage inbound calls effectively.
• Experience with answering multi-line phone system.
• Skilled in answering inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Experience in handling and organizing mail packages.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using basic office equipment and software.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
