  • We are hiring immediately for a full time FRONT OF HOUSE SUPERVISOR LEAD position.
  • Location: RTX Tucson - 1151 E Hermans Road, Building 801, Tucson, AZ 85756 Note: online applications accepted only.
  • Schedule: Full time schedule. Monday through Friday from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm. More details upon interview.
  • Requirement: Must have food service experience.
  • Perks: No nights, no holidays, and no weekends
    *Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available
  • Pay Range: $18.00 per hour to $21.00

Job Summary

Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
  • Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
  • Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
  • Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
